We are fully aware of the seriousness of this tragedy, which has affected thousands of households throughout the Czech Republic, and we wish everyone a lot of strength on the way to returning to normal life. In light of this extraordinary situation, Fonergy is offering all customers affected by the recent floods a two-month delay in advance payments. The condition is proof of property damage with a confirmation from the relevant city or municipal authority. Thanks to this, clients can postpone regular advance payments for the following two months without further penalties or being put on the list of non-payers. Deferred advances will subsequently be paid retroactively by clients. We wish everyone a quick return to their homes and successful management of flood damage removal.
