In cooperation with the Křižovatka Foundation, we donated breathing monitors to the Uherské Hradiště Hospital in 2021.
A breathing monitor is a medical device for children up to one year of age that monitors for breathing cessation and any irregularities in the child's breathing. If necessary, it immediately triggers an alarm to alert parents or medical personnel to provide first aid to the child.
The Křižovatka Foundation is a non-governmental non-profit organization that raises awareness in the Czech Republic about Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and ways to protect at-risk children up to one year of age. During its existence, it has already helped equip Czech hospitals with 6,300 breathing monitors.
