To customers who have SIPO set up for advance payment, the post office delivered a schedule of October electricity payments, which corresponds to the payment calendar sent at the end of September.
For advances that are lower than the amount of the state subsidy, the payment for electricity is completely missing from the payment schedule. For advance payments that are higher than the state allowance, the October advance is reduced by the amount of the allowance. In case of confusion, we ask customers to check the new payment calendar and compare it with the SIPO payment schedule.
