Who is the subject of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes?
Any disputes concerning the supply of electricity and gas and related services or their billing shall be governed by the applicable law and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract concluded between the customer and the supplier. The subject of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is the Energy Regulatory Office.
