Maximize your photovoltaic system

Maximize your photovoltaic system

With smart energy management, you can be sure of a quick return on your investment in a photovoltaic system.

Summer is here and owners of photovoltaic power plants expect the need to draw electricity from the grid to be minimal. But what if expectations don't meet reality? Is the fault in the device itself or in a poorly set tariff? We will try to answer this in the following lines.

Photovoltaic power plants are often considered simple devices that are easily connected to your home and subsequently reduce its consumption. However, this notion is too vague and can even be slightly misleading. A photovoltaic power plant is a complex device that includes a number of components. It's not just about photovoltaic panels, but also about inverters, converters, and last but not least, battery storage that can accumulate the electricity generated.

All these components must work perfectly together with the household and the public grid so that the investment in a photovoltaic system truly pays off for the owners. And here arises the question: How to achieve this? No one wants to monitor and manually manage the flow of electricity in the household. This is where smart energy management comes in. It is mainly a module that connects to the home network.

Hardmin System

Fonergy offers its own tariff for photovoltaics, Fotonka, which is based on spot prices and the aforementioned smart management. This is ensured by technology from the company Hardmin. The smart module uses artificial intelligence to manage the flow of energy in real time to ensure users an efficient utilization of the electricity generated. It knows exactly when it makes sense to send electricity to appliances, store it in the battery, or return it to the grid. At the same time, owners of supply points can monitor the operation of this module in the mobile application Destiny 4.0. Household operation should therefore be really cheap.

The Easiest Way to Smart Management

The easiest way to get Hardmin smart energy management is the Fotonka+ tariff. “We want to enable customers to use the smart module without high initial costs. That's why Fotonka+ is here, where the rental of the mentioned device is also included in the tariff. The rental price is added to the fixed monthly fee,” says Fonergy Marketing Director Jakub Tobiáš. The fixed fee is currently 130 CZK excluding VAT. Together with the rental of the Hardmin device, the client will pay 290 CZK excluding VAT. “It's a similar model that people know, for example, with internet tariffs, where the monthly payment also includes the rental of a modem,” explains Tobiáš.
